Tammy's Liberal Art Education, Studio Art and Art History background, and her degree in interior design set the stage for establishing her innovative voice in luxury living. As the founder and creative director of Tammy Connor Interior Design, Tammy is adept at both the art and business of design, and she guides and mentors her team accordingly.
Her work ethic and business sense meet artistry head-on and she observes, “I work to inspire confidence from the outset. We have a precise design approach which aims to free our clients so that they enjoy the experience. Our process always begins with considering the architecture
and location of the project at hand and then we marry the place with the goals and lifestyle
of our clients.”
Fueled by juxtapositions in life as well as in the creative process, Tammy orchestrates the comprehensive assembling of country houses, townhouses, estates, and country clubs, and delights in special projects and intricate details. Regardless of scale and scope, she is known for coaxing history, character, structure, and meaning into interiors that resonate for those who experience them.
An intentional listener and communicator, Tammy is a perceptive and dynamic partner to clients, colleagues, architects, and consultants alike. She strives to enhance a collaborative team that arrives at a singular, enlightened result with comfortable designs that are natural expressions of her clients.
